These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Neuronest website and enrolment in our online courses. By accessing our site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
- "Neuronest" / "we" / "us": The online AI development school operating at neurones.club, based at 1 Empire Tower, South Sathon Road, Yan Nawa, Sathon, Bangkok 10120, Thailand.
- "Course": Any online educational programme offered by Neuronest, including Foundations of Machine Learning, Applied Deep Learning Studio, and AI Engineering Career Track.
- "User" / "Student" / "you": Any individual who accesses the website or enrols in a Neuronest course.
- "Content": Course materials, videos, exercises, datasets, code, documents, and any other materials provided as part of a course.
- "Agreement": These Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a course or submitting a contact form on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol. By enrolling, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Service Description
Neuronest provides online AI education through structured courses delivered via digital learning platforms. Courses include video lessons, reading materials, practice projects, mentor feedback, and community access. All courses are delivered in English and are accessible online.
We do not offer classroom attendance or in-person sessions. We reserve the right to modify course content, delivery methods, or scheduled timelines with reasonable notice.
4. Student Accounts
On enrolment, you will receive access credentials for the course platform. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing access credentials with others is not permitted and may result in account termination without refund.
5. Student Responsibilities
You agree to use Neuronest services for lawful, educational purposes only. The following are prohibited:
- Sharing, copying, or distributing course materials without written permission
- Misrepresenting your identity or qualifications
- Submitting work that is not your own as if it were (academic dishonesty)
- Disrupting community spaces or harassing other students or staff
- Attempting to access systems, materials, or accounts you are not authorised to use
Violations may result in account suspension or termination at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content — including lesson videos, written materials, datasets, exercises, and code examples provided by Neuronest — is the intellectual property of Neuronest and is protected by Thai copyright law.
On enrolment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use course materials for your own personal learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicence, or commercially exploit any Neuronest content without prior written consent.
Code and projects you create as part of your coursework remain your own property. Neuronest may reference completed student projects for educational or promotional purposes with your consent.
7. Payment Terms
Course fees are priced in Thai Baht (THB). The current fees are:
- Foundations of Machine Learning: ฿4,200
- Applied Deep Learning Studio: ฿17,500
- AI Engineering Career Track: ฿34,500
Payment is due in full before course access is granted, unless an instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing. Payment methods and processing are handled by our third-party payment provider; their terms apply to the payment transaction.
Refund Policy: Requests for refunds submitted within 7 days of enrolment and before accessing more than 20% of the course materials will be considered. After this point, we are unable to offer refunds. To request a refund, email [email protected].
8. Course Enrolment and Certificates
Enrolment in a course gives you access to that course's materials and community for the duration of the course and a defined period after completion. Specific access periods are communicated at enrolment.
Completion certificates are issued when all required modules are completed and, where applicable, project submissions have been received. Certificates include a reference number for verification and remain valid indefinitely.
Neuronest reserves the right to modify course content during an active cohort where changes reflect updates to relevant tools or practices. Structural changes to assessment or completion requirements will be communicated in advance.
9. Disclaimers
Courses are provided for educational purposes. We do not warrant that completion of any course will result in employment, a specific salary outcome, or any other professional outcome. Results depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and external circumstances outside our control.
Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the course platform and are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Neuronest's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of earnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of our services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neuronest and its staff from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these terms, your use of course materials in a manner not permitted under these terms, or your conduct in community spaces.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement. Students may withdraw from a course at any time, subject to the refund policy in Section 7. Neuronest may terminate or suspend access if you breach these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
On termination, access to course materials ceases. Sections covering intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will first be subject to informal resolution by contacting [email protected]. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes will be referred to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Neuronest.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a business transfer.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. For material changes affecting enrolled students, we will provide notice by email. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
